Who are La Marina Rentals?
La Marina Rentals is a family run business established during the summer of 2020 in the Alicante South area. Specifically, from Los Arenales del Sol heading south along the coast to Guardamar del Segura and inland towards Elche. We specialise in holiday and long term rental properties, not sales, that way our time is solely dedicated to taking care of our properties and clients. Our collective experience of over 20 years working in the property management and rental industry in the local area has given us the tools and knowledge give our clients a superior experience.

Our comprehensive Property Management Package offers our landlords a complete service, leaving us to create a marketing campaign, handle calls and enquiries, vet potential tenants, manage payments, handle the check-ins and check-outs, organise the cleaning and checking of the property and manage any maintenance issues and insurance claims. Leave your keys with us and do the rest, sending you regular updates.
For our long term tenants, we will help you get started and support you for the full duration. We will be on hand with any information you may need on getting settled into your new home. We will set up your utility bill payments and can even get the internet organised. Any property issues you may have, we will be there to assist and respond to get the best solution in the quickest time. We work with some of the best professionals in the area that can cover anything from plumbing and electrics to gardening and appliance repairs. You will always have a place to go for any concerns you may have.
Due to the wonderful setting and excellent facilities this region offers, holidaymakers come from near and far each year.
