Stairs lead up to the large solraium for all day sunshine and come with a range of furniture including two sun beds, two dining sets, a parasol and two barbecues. From here you can really appreciate the panorama of the sea view and mountains.  

    There are 3 communal swimming pools, with the closest being just a 1 minute walk behind the proeprty. Each one has a large swimming pool, a childrens splash pool, grass borders and mature trees and gardens. The community also has gated private roads so the parking is only for the use of the residents and guests staying in the complex.

    The apartment is well appointed being within easy walking distance to various shops, bars and restaurants along the Avenida Ecscandinavia road. The beach is just 3km (5 minute by car) where you will find the spectacular beaches of carabasi and Los Areales del Sol. Both are Blue Flag rated beaches for their cleanliness and facilities. Natural dunes and Meditteranean pines hug the costaline where boardwalks lead you to the beautiful sandy beaches. Los Arenales has a lovely promenade with several bars and restaurants as well as churinguitos where you can buy refreshments.

    A large and popular community in a great location, with the weekly market, sports centre, doctors, library, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, gym and more services all very close by. The properties mainly comprise of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, separate kitchen and a balcony. You can choose between the ground floor with a agrden or the first floor with a solarium. There are a few corner plot properties which have three bedrooms, a wider living room and bigger kitchen.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
