The front door is located on a small balcony with some pleasant views over the communal gardens and a petanca pitch. The compact but well designed living room/kitchen has a sofa, television, air conditioning, breakfast bar and a fitted kicthen that includes a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and cupboards. The bedroom has a double bed, side tables and a wardrobe unit. The modern bathroom has a shower, wash basin and wc.

One of the highlights of this stunning apartment is the private roof top terrace ideal for taking in the all day sunshine or chilling under the stars of an evening. There are several pieces if funiture to enjoy this chill out area.

The property is the first floor apartment of a converted house. It has its own private electrical and internet service. The water is included in the rent with a cap of 20€ per month. The hot water is heated via a solar heating system.
