This sunny south facing house is available to rent for long term. The property enjoys open views of Guardamar and the sea in the distance and all day sunshine on its large front terrace. Entering the front gate, you will find a storage room under the terrace housing the washing machine. Stairs lead up to the terrace with an awning and patio furniture. Inside is a living room with a sofa, ceiling fan, folding table and chairs, wall unit with TV, an American style kitchen with a modern fridge/freezer, eletric hob and mircowave. The house is located in a quiet residential area, around 10 minutes walking distance to the Consum supermarket and comercial area.

Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
