Whether you're dining under the fixed shade, stretching out on the sun lounger in the sunny corner, or indulging in a blissful afternoon siesta on the outdoor bed, the solarium is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoor living.There is also a washing machine and electric grill for cooking al fresco.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious lounge/diner complete with comfy sofas, a dining suite, a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a Smart TV for cozy evenings in. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of cooking essentials — making meal prep a breeze. Behind a discreet curtain in the utility area, there's an extra WC for added convenience.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds, a small wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
Stay cool and connected with air conditioning in the lounge and two of the bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, and Wi-Fi available for when you need to check in or stream your favorite shows.
Just a short walk away is a fantastic communal swimming pool complex, featuring a large main pool, a children's splash pool, grassy surrounds, showers, an awning for shade, and plenty of sunbeds for those lazy afternoons. When you're ready to explore, the stunning beach of La Marina with its natural sand dunes and charming cafés is only a ten-minute drive away. The local commercial centre just ten minutes on foot — offering a well-stocked Consum supermarket along with a variety of bars, cafés, and restaurants - everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
