A lovely three bedroom semi-detached house has a private 4x5m swimming pool, as well as use of two communal swimming pools and a large roof top solarium with views over the countryside.
The property comprises of a garden with a private swimming pool and terrace, stairs lead up to a porch with a table and seating for two with open views of a green area in front. Entering the property you find the liviong room with two sofas, a dining area, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi internet. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom has twin beds with a wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower above. There are two large communal swimming pools close by. Both have grass gardens with trees and sun beds, showers, a childrens splash pool and large swimming pool.
There are plenty of great bars, restauarants and services within a 10 minute walk of the property going uphill.
The local beach of La Marina is a 10 minute drive away or you can get a bus from Avenida de Londres. The beach is very beautiful with natural sand dunes, lifeguards and a few beach bars for refreshments.
Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
From Alicante Airport, head south on the N332.
After 25 minutes or so you will be driving through the Santa Pola salt lakes (normally with flamingos!)
As you climb the hill, the road divides into two lanes. Take the righthand side lane and at the top of the hill, exit the N332 and continue down to a roundabout.
Take the first exit off the roundabout towards "Urbanisations".
Follow this road into Urb. La Marina. Take the 6th turning on your left into Calle Bilbao. Continue straight for a few minutes. Eventually the road will slope downwards and there will be a green area on the left and white houses to the right. Take the road up (one of the middle roads) where there is a sign saying houses between 230-240. The proeprty is found on the left opposite a green area.
