The american style kitchen comes well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a washing machine. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each, one having air conditioning and the other a fan. With air conditioning in the lounge and second bedroom, the third bedroom will benefit from the cooling. There is also a generous size bathroom with a walk-in shower and wc.
Steps lead up to a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a balcony, wardobes and a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a large roof top soalrium with a dining suite and umbrella with access from the landing.
The proeprty is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the central comercial centres where you will find a range of excellent restuarants, bars, supermarkets and other services. The beaches of La Marina are around 10 minutes by car and are some of the most unspoilt and natural beaches in the province, with rolling sand dunes, pine trees and a few beach bars for refreshments and tapas.

The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
