Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
From the terminal at Alicante airport take the road signposted towards Santa Pola, and take the next left exit to N332 and Santa Pola.
Continue on this road for approximately 25k, passing Santa Pola and the first sign for La Marina Urbanization.
At the first roundabout turn left, and then continue straight at the next roundabout. This passes Lidl, and Iceland.
Take your 4th right onto Calle Fray Luis de Leon (continues onto Calle Moscu)
Take your 2nd left onto Calle Gustavo Adolfo Becquer and then lst right (signposted solo residents) and no 91 is on the left next to the large communal pool.
